to fund the remaining development costs for 525 Golden Gate Avenue, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) headquarters building the Water, Wastewater, and Power Enterprises, as applicable, issued in an aggregate principal amount up to $493 million, $225 million, and $13 million, respectively; authorize the General Manager to enter into one or more bond purchase contracts with Barclays Capital Inc., or Barclays Bank PLC (Barclays), subject to the limits on compensation set forth in the resolutions, to execute the proposed refundings and prepayment financing as a direct purchase(s) by Barclays in one or more series; and authorize the General Manager to prepare and propose for introduction of an ordinance to be adopted by the Board of Supervisors and approved by the Mayor, authorizing the issuance of Water, Wastewater and Power bonds (or other forms of indebtedness of each enterprise, including commercial paper) to finance the respective enterprises’ shares of the costs of the 525 Golden Gate Avenue Building, as well as to refund certain BABs of the SFPUC.
