		Enterprise) Authorize the issuance of bonds or other forms of indebtedness (1) to fund the remaining development costs for 525 Golden Gate Avenue, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) headquarters building	remaining development costs for 525 Golden Gate Avenue, the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) headquarters building, in an amount of up to $731 million by prepaying outstanding 2009 City and County of San Francisco Certificates of Participation, Series D, executed and delivered as Build America Bonds (BABs) and (2) to refund SFPUC’s outstanding BABs with proceeds of Revenue Bonds or other debt obligations (including Commercial Paper Notes) of the Water, Wastewater, and Power Enterprises, as applicable, issued in an aggregate principal amount up to $493 million, $225 million, and $13 million, respectively; authorize the General Manager to enter into one or more bond purchase contracts with Barclays Capital Inc., or Barclays Bank PLC (Barclays), subject to the limits on compensation set forth in the resolutions, to execute the proposed refundings and prepayment financing as a direct purchase(s) by Barclays in one or more series; and authorize the General Manager to prepare and propose for introduction of an ordinance to be adopted by the Board of Supervisors and approved by the Mayor, authorizing the issuance of Water, Wastewater and Power bonds (or other forms of indebtedness of each enterprise, including commercial paper) to finance the respective enterprises’ shares of the costs of the 525 Golden Gate Avenue Building, as well as to refund certain BABs of the SFPUC.

26-0095	6/23/2026	Award Contract No. HH-1019, 2023 Storms Remaining Road Repairs	Award Contract No. HH-1019, 2023 Storms Remaining Road Repairs, to the responsible bidder that submitted the lowest responsive bid, Njirich & Sons, Inc., in the amount of $13,577,969, and with a contract duration of 365 consecutive calendar days (approximately one year), to perform repairs to roads, embankments, and drainage facilities for Hetch Hetchy Water and Power that were damaged due to recent adverse wet weather events. The Planning Department has determined that this Project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and the Commission will rely on the determination to make its decision on this action. This action constitutes the Approval Action for the Project for the purposes of the CEQA pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code Section 31.04(h).
