• In compliance with all applicable state and federal laws governing insurance brokerage services

13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement shall constitute the entire understanding between the County and the selected Broker regarding brokerage services for the County’s insurance program and may be amended only in writing.
