BZA 59-26 — 1001 West Charles Street LLC and 1007 West Charles Street LLC

Attorney David Carnes and Craig Graybill represented Williams Management. Mr. Carnes stated that two purchasing entities will merge to construct a single-story townhome building comprising five 1-bedroom apartment units. The corner lot is bordered by three streets and an alley, accommodating adequate off-street parking. An existing blighted, boarded-up house on site will be demolished. Landscaping and tree requirements will be fulfilled, and a buffer fence will be installed along the Kilgore Avenue boundary. Board Member Fritch noted that this property is also located within the Old West End Historic District; Mr. Carnes confirmed full willingness to comply with historic commission review and neighborhood coordination.

None in support or opposition.
