* Public Works Update

Mike Casper, Road Superintendent, and Clint Brown, Assistant Road Superintendent, provided an update on recent and upcoming road work projects. Details were given regarding road maintenance activities and the planned purchase of a new asphalt zipper machine.

* Discussion & Consideration of Purchasing a Replacement Asphalt Zipper for the Road Department

Mike Casper presented a request to purchase a new asphalt zipper machine for $367,000 to replace the current machine that is 15 years old.

Motion: Commissioner Davis moved to approve the purchase of the asphalt zipper from Crafco Inc. for $367,000. Commissioner Wilson seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

* Discussion & Consideration of Approach Permits

Clint Brown presented one approach permit for approval.
