Lexi Thomas, County Clerk, discussed issues with overbilling from Pinnacle Fuels regarding diesel purchases. After investigation, it was found that billing errors by Pinnacle resulted in $10,000 in overcharges to the county.

Motion: Commissioner Wilson moved to write off the $10,000 overcharge by Pinnacle Fuels. Commissioner Davis seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.

Stephen Potter, County Treasurer, presented a tax deferral for Christy Jackson due to hardship.

The commission reviewed and approved accounts payable vouchers and Fund 41 requisitions as presented by the auditor's office.

The commission declared several surplus items including old equipment and vehicles to be sold at auction.
