APPENDIX "A"
SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY CONSULTANT:

In fulfillment of this Contract, the CONSULTANT shall comply with the requirements of the appropriate regulations and requirements of the Indiana Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration.

General Project Scope

The general project scope includes the survey, design, environmental, and real estate services for the replacement of Delaware County Bridge Number 509, including approach roadway work extending up to 450 feet in each direction from the bridge and up to 50 feet, as measured along the centerline, of roadway reconstruction of North Muncie Creek Boulevard, located in the City of Muncie, County, Indiana.

The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for performing the following activities:
