Amount of Payment
1.
The CONSULTANT shall receive as payment for the services performed under this Agreement the total fee not to exceed $760,100.00 unless a modification of the Agreement is approved in writing by the LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY.
2.
The CONSULTANT will be paid for the services described in Appendix "A" on a lump sum basis unless otherwise noted in accordance with the following fee schedule:
