Lead Based Paint Testing (structure built prior to 1978, assumption is lead based paint)
Pavement Design
Asbestos Investigation
Right-of-Way Engineering
Right-of-Way Acquisition/Negotiations
Bid Documents, except special provisions, and Bid Assistance
Construction Phases Services
Construction Inspection (Periodic and Full Time)
