No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT receives a written notice to proceed from the LPA.

All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA for review and approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission schedule:
