Amending Approving the Release of the Performance Bond for Shantana, LLC, 132 North Gaston Avenue, Block 43, Lot 1.01, Application No. 2025007P, File No. 18182025007P in the amount of $40,734.48

Whereas, Shantana, LLC, owner of the property located at 132 North Gaston Avenue, identified on the municipal tax map as Block 43, Lot 1.01, received site plan approval under Application No. 2025007P, File No. 18182025007P; and

Whereas, a Performance Bond was posted in connection with the approved site improvements; and

Whereas, by correspondence dated June 30, 2026, Cole & Associates, LLC, the Municipal Engineer, reviewed the complete improvements and recommended the release of the Performance Bond upon receipt and acceptance of the maintenance guarantee in amount of $ 6,110.17.; and

Whereas, Cole & Associates, LLC has determined that the required improvements have been satisfactorily completed and recommends that the Performance bond be released in the amount of Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty four Dollars and forty eight Cents ($40,734.48).

Be It Resolved, the Borough Council of the Borough of Somerville hereby approves the release of the Performance bond for Shantana, LLC, 132 North Gaston Avenue, Block 43, Lot 1.01, application no. 2025007P, file no. 18182025007P in the amount of $6,110.17.
