Approving a Six-Month Door-To-Door Solicitor License for Power Home Remodeling for the following employees Jhon Botero, Christopher Garzio, Julian Jones, Noah Rosenberg, Robert Snyder and John Soganic

Whereas, Power Home Remodeling, located at 2147 Lincoln Highway, Edison, New Jersey 08817, has submitted an application for a six-month door-to-door solicitor license; and

Whereas, the application includes the employees listed below who are requesting authorization to conduct door-to-door solicitation on behalf of Power Home Remodeling; and

Whereas, the application has been reviewed in accordance with the applicable ordinances of the Borough of Somerville governing door-to-door solicitors; and

Whereas, the Borough Council has determined that the application satisfies the requirements for issuance of a six-month door-to-door solicitor’s license.

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the Borough Council of the Borough of Somerville, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, that a six-month door-to-door solicitor license is hereby approved for Power Home Remodeling, located at 2147 Lincoln Highway, Edison, New Jersey 08817, for the following employees:

Be It Further Resolved, that the licenses shall be valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance, unless suspended or revoked in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Borough Code.

Be It Further Resolved, the vendor shall be provided a copy of the “no knock list”.

Authorizing the Award of a Contract to Millennium Communication Group, Inc. for Access Control, Cameras, Panic Buttons, Message Boards and Software Licenses for the Emergency Service Facility (ESF) Police Department Through the Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement in an Amount Not to Exceed $202,762.39

Whereas, the Borough of Somerville, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey (the “Borough”) has a need to procure access control, cameras, panic buttons, message boards and software licenses for the Emergency Service Facility (ESF) Police Department; and
