Ms. Swackhamer reported the numbers for variances, rezonings, plats, permits, complaints, and inspections for the year to date. She stated that the Unified Work Program for the fiscal year 2027-2028 was currently under review from INDOT and Federal Highway and that the fiscal year distribution would be $251,859.72 which were used for salary reimbursements.
