The County shall receive the completed inventory in a searchable electronic format, including Excel or another commonly used database format, in addition to a PDF report.
B. Property Condition and COPE Assessment
The selected Broker shall evaluate property exposures using, as applicable, Construction, Occupancy, Protection and Exposure (COPE) information.
The assessment should identify material information affecting underwriting including:
- Construction type
- Building occupancy
