Whereas, ACCSES NJ is the State’s New Jersey designated Central Non-Profit Agency, administering the State set-aside contract for people with disabilities under the New Jersey Law for Rehabilitation Services
Whereas, in accordance with the state contract for Janitorial Services T-1480 7710, Line 145 the Borough of Somerville seeks to award a contract for Janitorial Services as follows; and
Whereas, the Governing Body of the Borough of Somerville awarded a contract to ACCSES NJ pursuant to Resolution No. 25-0804-227 adopted on August 4, 2025; and
Whereas, it is necessary to authorize Change Order #1 and #2 to amend the contract as follows:

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Borough Council of the Borough of Somerville, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey, that Change Order #1 and #2 in the net amount of $(14,968.77) is hereby approved.
Be It Further Resolved that the Borough Council hereby authorizes change order #1 to Association for Choices in Community Supports and Employment “ACCSES” NJ for Janitorial Services through New Jersey Cooperative Purchasing Program, resulting in a final contract amount of $55,593.33.
