Whereas, Chapter 166-59 Schedule XVIII: Speed Limits shall be amended as follows:
§ 166-59. Schedule XVIII: Speed Limits.
Pursuant to the provisions of § 166-26, speed limits are hereby established on the following described streets or parts thereof:

- 1. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance.
- 2. This posting shall take effect upon final passage and publication according to law and posting of new roadways.
