that they wanted to be good neighbors and if anyone had any concerns, he welcomed them to come and talk to him.

Ms. Mathewson asked the hours that they would operate.

Mr. Wilson stated that the application did not ask, but that they would probably have weddings on Saturdays. He stated that they would allow for decorating maybe around 8:00 AM and that music should be turned down by 10:00 PM with everyone leaving by 11:00 PM.

Ms. Fritch asked if they would anticipate all events to be concluded by 10:00 PM.

Mr. Wilson stated that it might be ending by 10:00 PM, but that everyone might not be gone by that time. He stated that they were working on their contract with their attorney so that the language was clear that they turned the music down by 10:00 PM and that everyone would be gone by midnight.

Ms. Swackhamer stated that the hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM was form the case analysis and was from a verbal conversation and that there were no set hours in the application.

Ms. Mathewson stated that some of the neighbors had concerns about traffic and alcohol at the property.

Mr. Wilson stated that they did not have the capacity to have more than 150 people and that the traffic would not be that much more than what was on Edgewater Road now. He stated that they were working with the state on a beer and wine permit, no hard liquor at all, otherwise they would have to hire a third party for the beer and wine.

Ms. Mathewson stated that they were also asking for a small sign.

Mr. Wilson stated yes. He stated it would have the name of the facility and that it was not really for advertisement. He stated that it could be moved back as far as needed.

Mr. Ivy asked if all parties were to end at 10:00 PM and to allow for cleaning, would everyone be gone by 11:00 PM.

Mr. Wilson stated that they would allow parties to come back on Sunday form 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM to finalize any cleaning.

Ms. Knapp asked if this would be used mostly in the summertime.

Mr. Wilson stated yes, the barn was not climate controlled so maybe from April at the earliest to the end of October.
