Work overview:

Please find below a quick overview of the work proposed at 316 Sharon Turnpike.

• Enclose area adjacent to garage. This includes the existing outside stairs to the second floor. This would also become an entry/mudroom area on the first floor connecting the garage to the main house. Slab on grade no footing drains.
• Enclose existing covered porch. This would become an extension of the current living space.
• New deck between garage and house adjacent to existing covered porch.( Covered porch to be converted into proposed living space)
• Erosion control. Silt fence along the lake front. Additional use of hay bales along the section near the garage. In part because of the slope of the area. But also due to concerns that the adjacent driveway may add water to this area during a heavy rain event.
