In the plan view, the lake is at the left/lakeside edge; the existing house marked EXISTING HOUSE TO BE RAZED is at the upper left, and the hatched PROPOSED HOUSE is near the center.   • The proposed house is labeled with B.F. = 483.00, T.W. = 490.67, and F.F. = 492.00.
  • Deck labels identify a deck on piers at the lake side, a deck on piers at the right side, and a lower deck on piers reached by stairs. The upper deck dimension is 12'; the plan also labels a 4' lakeside cantilever, 29.71', 30', and a 52' building dimension.

Dimensions, boundaries, and setbacks

  • Dimension strings at the lakeside/structure edge show 14.1', 14.2', and 16'.
  • Other setback callouts include 30' S.Y., 33', 50', 50' R.Y., and 75'. The drawing also shows a 122.09' dimension associated with the existing-house area and an 81' dimension along the lower-left side of the proposed-house area.

Site features and plan notes

  • Well: A WELL LOCATION is marked near the upper part of the parcel. A separate lower-left note begins WELL TO BE; the remainder of that small raster label is not reliably legible here.
  • Lake protection: The note reads FOOTING DRAIN OUTLET TO LAKE SHALL NOT PROTRUDE INTO LAKE.
  • Lakeside deck: The note reads FOOT CANTILEVERED DECK LAKE SIDE WITHOUT PIERS.
  • Flood plain: The note reads APPROXIMATE LOCATION OF 100 YEAR FLOOD PLAIN (ELEVATION 1271).
  • Testing and materials: Test pits TP#1, TP#2, and TP#3, 1 dirt piles, a TEMP. STOCK PILE, and a 6' boulder callout are shown to the right of the proposed house.
