Section 15. Revisions
- The Board of Selectmen appointed the Planning Board as Special Municipal Employees on November 12, 1998.
- The Board of Selectmen appointed the Board of Assessors as Special Municipal Employees on January 26, 1999.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted and unanimously accepted this personnel policy as written at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board on March 1, 1999.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted to appoint a new Personnel Board on June 28, 1999.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted and unanimously accepted a new performance appraisal system for all town employees on June 28, 1999.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted and unanimously accepted a final report for job descriptions for all town employees on June 28, 1999.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted (8/23/99) and unanimously adopted a new section 9 & 10 of the Personnel Policy which outlines the Personnel Board and Executive Secretary responsibilities.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted (9/13/99) and unanimously approved to amend the health insurance sections 7.J.1. and 7.J.2.
- The Board of Selectmen officially voted to change the title position of Executive Secretary to Town Administrator effective July 1, 2000.
