Ms. Mathewson asked about the normal work hours.

Ms. Johnson stated that they would be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Ms. Mathewson stated that some small businesses had a lot of cars in various stages of work and asked if that was happening here as well.

Ms. Johnson stated that they had 8 kids that had their own cars already and the ones that were being worked on were there and that they had no junk cars sitting around.

Ms. Mathewson asked what any of the neighbors may have said about the property.

Ms. Johnson stated that they have 2 neighbors that have asked for their help on cars.

Mr. Johnson stated that he had to tell them no after this happened.

Ms. Swackhamer stated that Mr. Fouch saw all the vehicles and spoke to the homeowners and explained that they would need to apply for a variance. She stated that Mr. Fouch had a concern about a salvage yard after noticing trees that had been cleared and vehicles parked in the area.

Ms. Mathewson asked if they were doing salvage operations.

Ms. Johnson stated no.

Ms. Fritch asked if they would have a problem with that being a condition.

Ms. Johnson stated no.

Mr. Hinds asked how many of the 8 kids had their license.

Ms. Johnson stated that they had 5 personal vehicles.

Ms. Mathewson asked if they would be moving the cars being worked on away from the personal vehicles.

Ms. Johnson stated that they would not be opposed to placing a privacy fence on the property.

Ms. Swackhamer stated that the Board had been provided the 2023 aerials in their packet and that they have the most recent from 2025 at their places tonight.

Ms. Mathewson asked that the applicant be given the most recent aerial and asked if that was accurate.

Ms. Johnson stated that all of the vehicles to the right had been removed.

Ms. Mathewson asked if they had any employees or if they would in the future.

Mr. Johnson stated it was just him and he would like to have help, but it was a lot of responsibility.
