San Rafael Parks without a reservable picnic space are available on a first come first serve basis. A permit is required for exclusive park use or gatherings of 25 or more people. Special event permits are managed by the San Rafael Police Department and must be submitted at least 90 days in advance at cityofsanrafael.org/eventpermit.

Please note: Alcohol and outside equipment (tables, chairs, inflatable bounce houses, or grills) are not allowed in city parks.
