Understand teams, folders, files, conversion, AI workflows, and publishing in FileToWeb.

How FileToWeb Works

FileToWeb turns uploaded PDF files into web-native pages your team can review, run AI workflows on, edit, and publish from one shared workspace.

Workflow Overview

1. Choose a Team workspace

Work in a Team workspace to share billing, members, and content operations.

2. Create a Folder

Organize related files in a Folder so your team can find and manage them quickly.

3. Upload a PDF File

Select a PDF, review estimates, and confirm processing.

4. Convert to web-native Pages

FileToWeb processes your PDF and generates HTML pages that are easy to access on any device.

5. Run AI Workflow

Apply workflow presets for accessibility, compliance, and localization before publishing.

6. Review, edit, and publish

Use AI Editor and Version controls to refine content and publish your preferred output.
