Personal vs Team Workspaces
Understand when to use personal workspaces and how Team-only mode changes behavior.
FileToWeb can run in different workspace modes depending on configuration.
Team workspaces
Team workspaces are recommended for shared operations:
- Shared billing and Credits
- Shared members and permissions
- Shared Folders, Files, and workflows
Personal workspaces
When enabled, personal workspaces let an individual user work privately under their own account context.
Team-only mode
In Team-only mode:
- Work is performed in Team workspaces only
- Personal workspace routes act as a Team hub and redirect into Team context
If your organization collaborates across multiple people, Team workspaces should be your default.
