Credits Top-ups and Permissions
Know when to top up Credits, what low-balance warnings mean, and who can make billing changes.
Low and insufficient Credits
During upload confirmation, FileToWeb shows estimated Credits usage.
If balance is low:
- Processing can start but may pause later if balance runs out.
If balance is insufficient:
- Processing cannot start until more Credits are available.
Who can purchase Credits
Credits purchase and billing management depend on account permissions.
- Users with billing permissions can top up directly.
- Users without billing permissions must ask a billing manager or owner.
Recommended operating model
- Monitor balance regularly.
- Top up before large conversion batches.
- Keep at least one billing-capable operator per active Team.
