Running Workflows and Reading Results
Run AI workflows on ready documents and interpret controls, banners, and outputs in the viewer.
This page explains the execution loop for AI workflows after a document is ready.
Preconditions
Before running:
- document conversion is complete (
Ready) - you have required permissions
- your account has enough Credits
Run flow
- Open Workflows.
- Select a preset.
- Choose the target Folder/File.
- Submit the run.
- Track status from the Runs page.
Reading result behavior in viewer
Depending on preset design, output appears as:
- inline banner content
- selectable option tabs for mapped outputs
- language redirect controls for translation workflows
Operational tips
- Run accessibility workflows before translation workflows.
- Keep run notes in your team process for high-risk documents.
- Publish only after reviewing version output in FileToWeb Studio.
