Running Workflows and Reading Results

Run AI workflows on ready documents and interpret controls, banners, and outputs in the viewer.

This page explains the execution loop for AI workflows after a document is ready.

Preconditions

Before running:

  • document conversion is complete (Ready)
  • you have required permissions
  • your account has enough Credits

Run flow

  1. Open Workflows.
  2. Select a preset.
  3. Choose the target Folder/File.
  4. Submit the run.
  5. Track status from the Runs page.

Reading result behavior in viewer

Depending on preset design, output appears as:

  • inline banner content
  • selectable option tabs for mapped outputs
  • language redirect controls for translation workflows

Operational tips

  • Run accessibility workflows before translation workflows.
  • Keep run notes in your team process for high-risk documents.
  • Publish only after reviewing version output in AI Editor.
