Versions and Publishing

Track saved Page Versions, preview changes, and publish the Version you want live.

Version control in FileToWeb is page-based.

Save creates a Version

Each successful save creates a new Version snapshot for that Page.

Version actions

From Versions, you can:

Preview a saved Version
Compare recency and source context
Set a Version as primary (published)

Published vs latest

Latest usually represents the newest saved work.
Published is what is currently live on the page route.

This separation lets teams experiment safely, then publish intentionally.
