Issue: "I cannot start processing"

Likely cause: insufficient Credits.

What to do:

  1. Check the estimate in upload confirmation.
  2. Check available Credits.
  3. Top up Credits if you have billing permissions, or contact a billing manager.

Issue: "My File shows Failed"

Likely cause: conversion pipeline error for this attempt.

What to do:

  1. Click Retry.
  2. If only one page remains problematic, reprocess that Page.
  3. If issues are widespread, reprocess the whole File.

Issue: "I cannot buy Credits"

Likely cause: missing billing permissions.

What to do:

  1. Confirm your Team role.
  2. Ask an owner or billing manager to top up.

Issue: "I made changes but the live page is different"

Likely cause: latest version is not yet published.

What to do:

  1. Open Versions for the Page.
  2. Preview the target Version.
  3. Set it as primary so it becomes published.

Issue: "I switched page and lost unsaved edits"

Likely cause: navigation before save.

What to do:

  1. Save before switching Folder, File, or Page.
  2. Keep edits in smaller increments.
  3. Use Versions as your recovery path.
