If upload fails
- Confirm the File is a PDF.
- Confirm file size is within the limit.
- Retry from the same Folder.
If processing is blocked
- Check Credits balance.
- Check whether you have permission to manage billing.
- Ask a billing manager if needed.
If a File is stuck or failed
- Retry processing.
- Reprocess a specific Page if only one page is affected.
- Reprocess the full File for broader regeneration.
If editor output is not what you expect
- Make smaller, incremental edits.
- Save versions frequently.
- Publish only after preview review.
