If upload fails

  • Confirm the File is a PDF.
  • Confirm file size is within the limit.
  • Retry from the same Folder.

If processing is blocked

  • Check Credits balance.
  • Check whether you have permission to manage billing.
  • Ask a billing manager if needed.

If a File is stuck or failed

  • Retry processing.
  • Reprocess a specific Page if only one page is affected.
  • Reprocess the full File for broader regeneration.

If editor output is not what you expect

  • Make smaller, incremental edits.
  • Save versions frequently.
  • Publish only after preview review.
