Leaf Disposal and Curb & Catch Basin Repairs account for 67% of encumbrances.

For all funds, Oakwood collected about 13.5M or 40% of the year’s $33 million budgeted revenue. If we exclude transfers, the City has received $10.1M or 40% of the 2026 estimated outside revenue.
