Speaker-CSo, yeah, and the 1-day thing, the scheduling just seems- for instance, I mean, the other day, we Thursday, we had an interview scheduled.

Well, we ended up doing 6 interviews that day and 2 medical exams that night, and it just fluctuates. We wouldn't have that flexibility. I don't believe we could if they didn't have subscheduled in Virgil. I think they would work with us. But they're a lot busier than we are.

And I don't know that we could get them when we need them because sometimes it's hard to schedule a specific day when they feel like they need to get there. So I mean, don't get me wrong, if we had this person, we would schedule specific days again. It would be, you know, whether it's Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, we'll schedule our interviews that we can hold on and do it, but hopefully they'd be flexible.

Speaker-B2-Week time frame.

Speaker-APayments, they have to come in on a day they're usually off, do several interviews, and then they take the next day off. That's, that's the benefit of having somebody who needs your help.

Speaker-CAnd I don't know if you've met Tracy Tabbitt yet with the Attorney General's Office. She's over the chapter.

She's, she's great. Um, I believe she's going to be at some meetings that you all are going to be at, and she said she might try to fly and answer any questions you might have as well, because they're better at that. She just said she wants to see you, so, and she can answer some questions.

Speaker-AIf it was a part-time, about $51,000 starting out. Yeah, if it's going- yeah, if it's going to go underneath the UBAG offices, because they do benefits on part-time as well, things like that. So that's the biggest difference.

Speaker-BWould we want to put it on your UBAG, or would you want to keep it bound.

Speaker-AIt doesn't matter to me what umbrella it comes under as long as it's sort of independent, at least in my office.
