I.
Enforcement. The time restrictions set forth in this section shall be enforced by employees of the Borough of Somerville. Fire zone restrictions shall be enforced by the Fire Marshal and by Parking Enforcement.
J.
Schedule. The provisions of this section shall apply to the following streets or parts of streets in marked spaces:

Effect on other restrictions. A street or portion of any street which is regulated by the permit restrictions of this section shall not be affected by the restrictions of §§ 166-42, 166-43, 166-45 and 166-65. Any restrictions under those sections on any streets regulated by this section are hereby repealed, with the exceptions noted in Subsection D above.

Section 2. Penalty. The penalty for violating this ordinance shall be punishable by fine set in the Permit Parking Code.

Section 3. Severability. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance, which shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

Section 5. Effective date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon final adoption and publication in accordance with law and shall be operative as to each street identified herein upon the dedication to and acceptance by the Borough of said street as a public roadway.
