The framework plan shows connected blocks of multistory buildings, green public spaces, tree-lined streets and pedestrian paths around the central multi-use neighborhood field and civic buildings. Five principle markers sit above the plan and six below; their leader lines connect each marker to its described location. Blue transit lines cross the site and continue along the surrounding street network. A dashed yellow route sweeps diagonally across the plan, and the north symbol appears at the lower right.
